In this role as a Private Banker, you will have an exciting opportunity to be part of the UK Domestic team, offering bespoke banking and investment solutions to ultra-high net worth clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing bespoke banking services, lending, wealth structuring, and a world-class range of investment solutions across all asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships by understanding their financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and the competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
3. Design customized solutions addressing clients' specific needs, using a range of banking products and services.
4. Communicate the value proposition of solutions, justify recommendations, and negotiate beneficial terms.
5. Provide guidance on financial decisions, including investment advice, risk management, and wealth strategies, while keeping clients updated on market trends.
6. Assess and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks related to client relationships.
7. Document all client interactions and transactions for transparency and audit purposes.
8. Monitor client satisfaction and revenue metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience in relationship management, especially with private clients and families.
2. Background in Financial Services, ideally in retail regulated products and asset management.
3. Advisory experience in diverse wealth management solutions.
4. RDR level four qualification.
5. Valued skills include digital literacy, market exposure, business development, and cold calling abilities.
