HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world. Guided by our purpose of opening up a world of opportunity, our ambition is to become the world’s most trusted bank globally, putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
As Private Banking and Wealth Operations Change Execution Director you’ll own a global portfolio of high-value transformation across Private Bank and Wealth Operations, based in Whiteley. The focus is strategic change - setting direction for digitisation, automation and simplification then translating it into practical delivery that improves client satisfaction and colleague experience. Working across Product, Transformation, Technology, Risk and market teams you’ll shape business cases, build roadmaps and steer investment choices to convert opportunity into measurable outcomes. Success is defined through sustainable cost reductions, productivity gains and improved scalability across markets. This is a senior role with visibility across stakeholders and accountability for turning strategy into controlled, sustainable change.
This role sits at the point where global strategy becomes measurable operational improvement. You’ll shape what the transformation portfolio should be and deliver it with clear governance, transparent ownership and disciplined benefits realisation. The work will simplify complex front-to-back processes, strengthen controls and create scalable capacity for growth across markets. If you want to set direction for global change and see it land in day‑to‑day operations, we’d welcome your application.
