Job summary

Stott and May is seeking a Privacy Programme Manager to lead delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams for a large-scale Privacy Transformation Programme. The role focuses on owning the programme roadmap, governance and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Ideal candidates will have experience delivering complex transformation programmes, strong governance and RAID skills, and a track record of translating regulatory requirements into practical delivery outcomes within

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
Strong programme governance, RAID, planning and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into practical delivery outcomes.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional delivery.
Programme management certification (MSP, PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the programme roadmap, milestones, dependencies and delivery plans.
Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level.
Manage programme risks, issues, resources and change control.
Coordinate delivery across Technology, Legal, Security, Compliance and business teams.
Track progress, benefits realisation and successful transition into BAU operations.
