Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Privacy Program Manager to lead privacy operations, risk assessments, data mapping, and governance across jurisdictions. You will leverage ADO/Jira to structure work, build KPI dashboards in Power BI, and coordinate DSAR responses with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in privacy/ compliance, strong knowledge of UK/EU GDPR, and hands-on use of OneTrust or TrustArc.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in privacy, compliance, legal operations, or similar roles.
Working knowledge of UK GDPR/EU GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, and other regimes.
Hands-on experience with privacy management platforms configuring or running DSAR, PIA/DPIA, and data mapping workflows.
Experience using work-management tools to structure and track privacy operations, including dashboards and KPIs.
Exposure to automation of privacy workflows (Power Automate, API integrations) to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

Structure and maintain privacy operations work in Azure DevOps or Jira, including custom work item types and fields.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting for privacy program leadership using Power BI or similar tools.
Track cross-functional privacy work items and surface bottlenecks and at-risk items.
Coordinate responses to DSARs and other data subject rights requests within statutory timelines.
Monitor and report privacy program metrics and KPIs for leadership and stakeholders.
