Job summary

Reuters in London is seeking a Privacy Operations Analyst to structure privacy work in Azure DevOps/Jira, build KPI dashboards with Power BI, and coordinate DSAR responses across jurisdictions. You will maintain ROPA mappings, support PIAs/DPIAs, and partner with Legal, Security, Product to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in privacy/compliance operations or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Structure and maintain privacy operations in ADO/Jira with custom work items.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting for privacy leadership (DSAR SLA, backlog age, incident response).
• Coordinate DSARs and data subject rights requests across jurisdictions.
• Conduct PIAs/DPIAs/TIAs for new products and vendors.
• Maintain and update ROPA data mapping and ensure drift monitoring.
• Support privacy audits, incidents, and vendor reviews.
