Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Privacy Program Manager to oversee privacy operations, DPIA/PIA workflows, and data mapping across multiple jurisdictions. You will partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Product teams to ensure timely, compliant responses to DSARs and maintain ROPA accuracy.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and continuous improvement of privacy controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in privacy/compliance or similar role.
• Working knowledge of UK GDPR/EU GDPR and other regimes.
• Hands-on experience with privacy management platforms and DSAR workflows.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for privacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain privacy operations work items in Azure DevOps or Jira and track privacy concepts.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting for privacy leadership using Power BI or similar.
• Coordinate cross-functional privacy work with Legal, Security, and Product teams.
• Oversee DSAR responses and other data subject rights requests across jurisdictions.
• Track and report privacy program metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
