Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Glasgow seeks a Privacy Compliance Associate to join the Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk team, helping manage Data Subject Rights requests and DSAR responses within deadlines.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage OneTrust DSAR tooling, monitor dashboards, and contribute to policies and training; at least 2 years' privacy experience is expected; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant privacy experience.
• Experience with Data Subject Rights and DSAR processing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Privacy NFR in responding to Data Subject Rights requests, including DSARs and erasure requests, within deadlines.
• Support intake, processing, redactions and QA of responses.
• Monitor dashboards and generate metrics for governance groups.
• Provide guidance on global Data Subject Rights to stakeholders.
• Enhance policies, procedures, and training as needed.
