Job summary

Morgan Stanley Glasgow seeks a Privacy Compliance Director to join the Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk team. The role focuses on managing data subject rights requests, ensuring timely responses, and guiding privacy governance across the Firm.

In this Director-level position, you will collaborate with stakeholders across functions, monitor dashboards, and provide technical and policy advice to senior leadership. Flexible working arrangements are available within the UK.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' relevant experience in privacy/compliance roles.
• Experience with data subject rights requests and privacy governance.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with OneTrust Privacy Automation or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Privacy NFR to manage and respond to global data subject rights requests within statutory deadlines.
• Assist with intake, processing, redactions and QA of responses.
• Support with oversight activity including dashboards and metrics for governance.
• Provide data protection guidance to key stakeholders across the Firm.
• Assist with quality assurance checks.
