Morgan Stanley is seeking a Privacy Compliance Associate to join its Data Governance & AI Non-Financial Risk team in Glasgow. The role supports privacy and data protection obligations across business lines, handling Data Subject Rights requests and ensuring timely responses.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of policies and processes, with opportunities to influence governance and reporting across the Firm.

Responsabilités

• Assist Privacy NFR to support colleagues across the Firm with DSARs, data access and erasure requests within deadlines.
• Assist with intake, processing, redactions and quality checks of responses.
• Support oversight activities including dashboard monitoring and metrics reporting for governance groups.
• Provide advice and guidance on global Data Subject Rights to stakeholders.
• Enhance policies, procedures, processes, reporting and training as needed.
