Job summary

Arbuthnot Latham seeks a Data Privacy Analyst to support the bank's privacy framework, risk management and regulatory compliance. The role includes governance administration, RoPA maintenance, DPIAs, DSARs and privacy training delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative and record-keeping capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with accurate documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication of regulatory/privacy requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Privacy Management Framework and governance docs.
• Maintain RoPA and data processing inventories.
• Administer privacy risk registers; track actions and assessments.
• Coordinate evidence for GDPR/UK DPA regulatory reviews.
• Support DPIAs and LIAs and privacy-by-design reviews.
• Assist with DSARs and data subject rights processes.
• Support data breach management and remediation tracking.
• Assist third-party privacy due diligence and supplier assurance.
• Support privacy awareness, training and reporting.
