Alfa Financial Software Limited is seeking a Senior Data Privacy Analyst to lead the privacy program within the Information Security team. You will craft and review policies, oversee DPIAs and DPAs, and manage Records of Processing Activities across global operations.

The role demands strong UK/EU GDPR knowledge and experience handling cross‑border data transfers. You will collaborate with Legal, Security and client teams, supporting audits and timely remediation while promoting a

Qualifications

• IAPP CIPP/E and CIPM certifications preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Data Privacy experience across organisations or client work.
• Solid knowledge of UK/EU GDPR and cross‑border transfers.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory requests a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day Data Privacy programme and drafting policies.
• Review supplier agreements and Data Processing Addenda (DPA).
• Run Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and compile ROPOs.
• Draft international data transfers under UK/EU GDPR and monitor risks.
• Lead audit sessions, record findings and track remediation progress.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Legal and client teams.
