Job description

We have an opportunity for a Privacy Analyst (12-month fixed-term contract) to join our Legal & Data Protection department at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Senior Data Protection Manager, you will support the Data Protection & Privacy team to ensure compliance with UK Data Protection legislation.

This role includes responsibilities such as:

  1. Assisting in ensuring pre-DPIAs are completed timely
  2. Supporting comprehensive DPIAs across the TMK Group
  3. Liaising with the Procurement Team to review vendor information for pre-DPIAs
  4. Helping maintain TMK’s Records of Processing activities and identifying gaps
  5. Reviewing and managing data protection incidents & breaches
  6. Supporting LIAs & TRAs as needed
  7. Creating data protection reports for committees and stakeholders
  8. Providing tailored training to business units
  9. Assisting with subject access requests and maintaining logs
  10. Supporting other data protection/privacy issues as they arise

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Certifications like CIPP/E or CIPM and experience with OneTrust are highly desirable. We seek a team player with strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships.
