Job Opportunity: Data & Privacy Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a medium to junior level professional to support data-led activities related to our core Group Privacy platform, OneTrust, and collaborate with our Group Data Protection Officer to enhance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across the business. This role is open for both permanent and contract employment.

Responsibilities

1. Deploy and optimize Power BI capabilities within the GRC platform OneTrust
2. Coordinate with local teams to align dashboards and management information (MI) with branding standards
3. Align KRIs and automate processes where feasible
4. Establish KRI thresholds in collaboration with stakeholders and key systems
5. Prepare business analysis documentation (e.g., BRD, impact assessments) for new module deployments within OneTrust

Requirements and Experience

• Experience working in a corporate or international team environment
• Proficiency in Power BI and dashboard development
• Experience with GRC applications like OneTrust or ERM systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques such as user stories, use cases, and wireframes
• Experience collaborating with remote teams
• Background in data protection, risk management, or information security is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
