Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to work inside a prison at Coldingley (GU24 9EX). The role involves leading alongside offenders in a warehouse, with duties including picking, packing, and stock control.

You will pass enhanced security vetting as part of the recruitment process. The position is permanent full-time with Monday–Friday 8am–4:30pm shift patterns and requires access to your own vehicle for site access.

Qualifications

• 3 years UK address history (required for security clearance).
• Able to communicate clearly and deal with people, including in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working inside a prison, alongside offenders.
• Hands on and willing to get stuck into warehouse tasks.
• Interested in doing a job that can make a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Work inside a prison, leading and working alongside offenders in a warehouse.
• Hands on role - picking, packing and manual handling (up to 20kg).
• Keep stock accurate and the operation running smoothly.
• Work at pace when needed and stay organised.
• Working as a team to make sure targets are met.
