His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service. is seeking an Operational Support Grade to help run a busy prison, performing a mix of desk and physical tasks including gate security, deliveries, and visitor supervision.

You will contribute to keeping the prison running smoothly, using good judgment and teamwork, with shifts including weekends and nights. Driving duties are essential, and a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifikationen

• No formal qualifications required.
• You are a good communicator and can keep calm under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Provide security and conduct searches at the gate.
• Manage deliveries and supervise visitors.
• Monitor phone calls and CCTV.
• Perform desk duties with active, physical tasks such as lifting and escorting vehicles around the prison grounds.
