Serco is hiring a Prison Support Officer at HMP Fosse Way in Leicestershire. You will work 40 hours per week, performing security gate duties, escorting prisoners, handling visits, and providing administrative and communications support.
Starting salary £26,510 per annum with benefits, pension match up to 6%, 28 days leave, free onsite parking, and access to gym facilities. The role offers training, development, and the chance to contribute to rehabilitation and inclusion.

HMP Fosse Way is a Category C rehabilitation prison in Leicestershire.HMPFosse Way will house 1,715 prisoners and focus on the rehabilitation of offenders and their reintegration back into society.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, all offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.
You will be required to obtain Ministry of Justice Enhanced Level 2 Vetting.
