Job summary

Shannon Trust seeks a facilitator to lead and develop our prison-based reading and numeracy programme at HMP Bure or HMP Norwich, working 17.5 hours per week on-site. You’ll collaborate with prison staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors to maximise opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.

The role requires resilience, relationship-building and a proactive, problem-solving approach, with prison security clearance required before finalising employment and a strong commitment to
