Job summary

Shannon Trust facilitator role at HMP Dovegate involves leading the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme. You will work closely with the prison, staff, inmates, volunteers and mentors to maximise opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.

Ideally you will have experience in prison settings, with the ability to build relationships, demonstrate resilience and a practical, problem-solving approach.
