Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 7 Prison Services Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at HMP Bristol. You will lead medicines optimisation, conduct structured reviews, manage repeat prescribing and liaise with GPs and prison healthcare colleagues to ensure safe, effective patient care.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Pharmacy, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and have relevant clinical/ prison pharmacy experience.

Qualificações

• At least three years’ experience delivering clinical pharmacy services in relevant settings.
• Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent or working towards this qualification.
• Experience using SystmOne for repeat prescribing and clinical reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver structured medication reviews and minor ailment clinics.
• Manage repeat prescribing and reauthorisation through SystmOne.
• Provide medicines advice and clinical reviews to patients and staff.
• Support medicines governance, formulary management and audits.
• Deliver education and training to pharmacy and healthcare colleagues.
