Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a Specialist Pharmacist with an independent prescribing qualification to join the Integrated Healthcare Service at HMP Liverpool. You will lead on-site pharmacy services, deliver patient-centered care, and ensure safe medication management within a challenging environment.

Applicants should have GPhC registration, 2+ years post-qualification experience, and a non-medical prescribing qualification.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with GPhC and non-medical prescribing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in hospital, prisons, or community pharmacy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy law and controlled drugs.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site pharmacy services and coordinate activities.
• Provide 1:1 patient care and run pharmacy-led clinics.
• Oversee controlled drugs management and ensure compliance.
• Lead DFM pathway reviews and MDT scheduling.
• Drive quality improvement in medication management.
