• Experience of prison settings is preferred, with ability to build relationships and resilience.

• Lead delivery and development of Shannon Trust's prison-based reading and numeracy programme.
• Maximise opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
• Collaborate with prison staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors to support learners.
