Job summary

Change Grow Live in the UK is recruiting for a prison-based recovery support role in Brough, based at HMP Humber. You will work with service users to start recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence, helping them build recovery capital and move toward sustained recovery and social reintegration.

You will develop and deliver group psychosocial interventions and tailor pod work to meet caseload needs, while promoting engagement with underrepresented communities and ensuring safeguarding

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a strong recovery focus and knowledge of psychosocial interventions.
• Ability to manage change while prioritising service users.
• Understand information governance and safeguarding processes.
• Commit to continuous learning and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Initiate recovery with service users in prison to build recovery capital.
• Develop and deliver group psychosocial interventions tailored to caseload needs.
• Be creative to promote access to treatment and engage underrepresented communities.
• Assess suitability for groups and schedule attendance with prison partners.
