Career Connect is hiring a Prison Employment Adviser to support the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. The role involves working with offenders in custody and through the Gate to help them address their resettlement goals and secure learning, training and employment opportunities.

You will engage individuals on remand or serving custodial and community sentences, supervised by the National Probation Service, delivering one-to-one or group work to foster rehabilitation and employability.
