Clinks in the North-West is seeking a Prison Employment Advisor to support the CFO Evolution contract. You will work with offenders on remand or serving custodial and community sentences to help them access learning, training and employment opportunities in custody and in the community.

You will engage individuals through one-to-one and group work, build partnerships with organisations, maintain accurate records on databases and help participants reach personal targets.

Qualifications

• Experience working with offenders or other vulnerable groups.
• Ability to connect with people to support progression.
• Experience in a prison environment or similar setting.
• Ability to meet individual targets and work with partners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Prison Employment Advisor to help us deliver the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. The contract works with offenders in custody and Through the Gate to help them address their resettlement goals.

The job involves working with people on remand or serving custodial and community-based sentences, supervised by the National Probation Service, to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities, either through one-to-one or group work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.
