Job summary

Career Connect is recruiting a Prison Job Adviser in Wilmslow, Cheshire, to support the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. The role involves working with offenders on remand or sentences under the National Probation Service, helping them engage in learning, training and employment opportunities through one-to-one or group work.

We value confident communicators who can liaise with partner organisations, manage databases, and maintain strong attention to detail while supporting resettlement

Qualifications

• Experience with offenders or other vulnerable groups.

Responsibilities

• Work with offenders on remand or custodial/community sentences under NPS supervision to engage them in learning and employment opportunities.
• Deliver resettlement support and contribute to achieving individual goals.
• Provide one-to-one or group sessions and maintain accurate records and compliance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Prison Job Adviser to help us deliver the CFO Evolution contract in the North-West. The contract works with offenders in custody and Through the Gate to help them address their resettlement goals.

The job involves working with people on remand or serving custodial and community-based sentences, supervised by the National Probation Service, to engage them in learning, training and employment opportunities, either through one-to-one or group work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.
