Job summary

Change Grow Live in Kent is hiring a Data Analyst to oversee data collection and analysis across prison services, with emphasis on national reporting and local data processes. You will lead data quality, audits, training, and supervise a small data admin team, ensuring timely, accurate reporting for commissioners and internal stakeholders.

The role requires prison vetting, advanced Excel, and experience with large datasets and information systems within health and social care settings, including

Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain Prison Vetting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience maintaining information systems.
• Experience managing large datasets and analysis.
• Experience developing data processes and systems.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience contributing to project development.
• IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience delivering technical training.
• Experience with NDTMS.
• Knowledge of data management in health and social care, including substance misuse.

Responsibilities

• Use data to contribute to service user safety and maximise outcomes.
• Produce reporting for external audiences (including commissioners).
• Produce regular and ad hoc data, analysis and reporting for internal requirements.
• Support contracting and performance management requirements and share information professionally.
• Serve as the functional expert on the clinical case management and reporting system.
• Identify data recording issues and address inaccuracies with the wider team.
• Act as lead contact for service data requirements.
• Provide administration and training on the clinical case management and reporting system.
• Link operational and system pathways and processes.
• Participate in wider service leadership and quality improvement.
