Catch22 is recruiting an Administrator and Data Analyst for the Thames Valley area, focusing on Personal Wellbeing services for adult male ex-offenders. The role involves administrative support, performance reporting, data analysis, and trend evaluation in collaboration with HMPPS and partner organisations.

The position is part-time (19/38 hours per week), based at The Old Music Hall, Oxford, with some travel for training.

Qualifications

  • Good basic education, including English and Maths at GCSE level, or equivalent.
  • Experience using digital systems, such as Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook), to present data and outcomes.
  • Experience managing administration tasks to a high standard with good prioritisation and organisational skills, and data protection compliance.
  • Able to demonstrate a positive approach and commitment to team and partnership working.

Responsibilities

  • Create process maps and guidance documents and log processes in a database.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the team.
  • Monitor and maintain booking systems (e.g., MS bookings, MS Outlook) and document records for contractual requirements.
  • Gather data and produce reports on a timetable, including quarterly figures and needs analyses.
  • Engage with stakeholders and promote equality and diversity while considering service users' needs.
