The role focuses on reducing reoffending and supporting community reintegration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a prisoner caseload and support achievement of personal and team targets.
• Record all interactions with prisoners in Justice systems and update case notes.
• Document advice and goals in Learning and Work Plans with SMART objectives.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Work flexibly across different prisons to maintain continuity of service.
• Attend custody meetings and travel to external events/training as needed.
