NWSSP seeks a Print Room Officer to support high‑quality print, design and reprographics services to NHS Wales across Wales. You will work with specialist equipment and design software, organising a varied workload while delivering excellent customer service.

The role suits someone who is organized, technically minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters. Welsh language skills are desirable but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Printing or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NWSSP-PCS and its client base
• Knowledge of print room technology and services
• Experience using design software is desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver print room services to Primary Care services and NHS across Wales
• Organise and complete a varied workload independently
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and excellent customer service
• Work with specialist printing equipment and design software
• Build positive relationships with customers
