• Experience in print room, reprographics or document production.
• Experience managing suppliers and budgets.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day print room operations to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate print, scanning, copying and finishing requests across the business.
• Produce large- and small-format documents across a range of platforms.
• Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support and coordinate the activities of the Print Room Assistant.
• Take ownership of print room equipment, arranging maintenance and liaising with suppliers.
• Manage stock levels, consumables and supplier relationships to ensure smooth running.
• Monitor print volumes, costs and departmental expenditure; support budget control.
• Produce reporting on service performance and utilisation.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and confidential handling of information.
• Act as main point of contact for print-related enquiries.
