Job summary

Morgan Jones is recruiting for a Print Shop Operator to join a busy production team in Dartford. The role requires flatbed printing experience and a commitment to high-quality output within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate printing machinery, support schedules and maintain quality standards across the department, while working closely with supervisors to meet customer requirements. Training and development are provided.

Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and internationally respected manufacturing company.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Print Shop Operator to join their busy production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with flatbed printing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

The Role

As a Print Shop Operator, you will be responsible for operating printing machinery, supporting production schedules, and maintaining quality standards across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor flatbed printing equipment
• Support daily production demands and workflow priorities
• Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to meet customer requirements
• Identify and report quality, equipment, material, or process concerns
• Use problem-solving skills to ensure smooth machine operation
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow company quality procedures and operating standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Comply with all health and safety requirements
• Help minimise production delays and ensure jobs are completed on time
• Undertake training relevant to the role
