Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a proactive Print Services Officer to join the team in Telford. The role focuses on daily production of council correspondence using high‑performance print machinery and finishing equipment, with duties including advising customers and preparing accurate quotations.
You will also liaise with service areas and occasionally cover Postal Services tasks. This is a community‑facing role that values accuracy, efficiency and reliability.

Your main duties are the daily production of the council’s correspondence and documentation using high-performance print production machinery and finishing equipment.
Responsibilities also include appropriate administrative duties on a daily basis such as advising customers on their print requirements, producing accurate quotations/estimates and liaising with service areas.
On occasion you will be required to cover Postal Services duties, which includes processing incoming / outgoing mail.
