Job summary

Telford and Wrekin Council is seeking an energetic and experienced person to join our Print Services team. You will be responsible for the daily production of the council’s correspondence using high‑performance print equipment and finishing tools, while also advising customers and preparing quotations.

On occasions you may cover Postal Services, handling mail. We look for strong print production experience, a solid IT skillset, and excellent numeracy and organisational abilities to work under

Qualifications

• Experience in a Print Production environment is essential.
• Advanced IT skills are required.
• Enhanced numeracy and organisational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Daily production of the council’s correspondence and documentation using high‑performance print production machinery and finishing equipment.
• Advise customers on their print requirements.
• Produce accurate quotations/estimates and liaise with service areas.
• On occasion cover Postal Services duties, processing incoming/outgoing mail.
