Job summary

Lakewood Court, supported living for people with profound learning disabilities, is seeking a highly motivated person to join the Community Activity & Wellbeing Team to deliver excellent support in the community and help individuals live more independently.

The role offers casual contracts, rewards such as DBS, training with certificates, induction, supervision, progression opportunities, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and employee benefits.

About Us

Lakewood Court is supported living accommodation with individuals who have Profound and multiple learning disabilities, learning disabilities and/or autism. We are looking for someone to provide high quality care with these individuals. This position will require you to think outside the box and adapt activities and daily household tasks, bring the fun and most importantly happiness to the individual’s you’ll be supporting, thinking about things such as sensory stimulation, intensive interaction, learning new skills and accessing the community. Whilst previous experience is preferred, this is not essential as we’re looking for people with the right values to join our team.
