Acorn by Synergie in Mold, North Wales, is seeking a Print Operator to support daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will dispense ink, manage stock by colour clusters, and assist with colour correction and machinery maintenance to sustain quality standards.

The role runs on alternating shifts (7am–3pm and 1pm–9pm), Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and a shift allowance. Experience with ink handling or print-based equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ink handling, colour matching or print-based machinery.
• Excellent colour vision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and organisational skills in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Dispense ink in line with daily production plans.
• Manage press returns and organise materials by colour clusters.
• Place weekly material orders and book deliveries using the internal management system.
• Maintain accurate stock records and prepare for month-end stock counts.
• Replenish materials and ensure the ink area complies with hygiene and quality standards.
• Support colour correction, troubleshooting and production trials.
• Maintain colour measurement equipment and produce KPI reports.
