Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Print Operator to join a Mold, North Wales-based manufacturing team. The role covers ink dispensing, colour correction, and stock management on alternating shifts, with a 7am-3pm / 1pm-9pm pattern.

The position is permanent and full-time, offering training and onboarding to maintain high quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with ink handling, colour matching or print-based machinery.
• Excellent colour vision and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Dispense ink in line with daily production plans.
• Manage press returns and organise materials by colour clusters.
• Place weekly material orders and book deliveries using the internal management system.
• Maintain accurate stock records and prepare for month-end stock counts.
• Replenish materials and ensure the ink area complies with hygiene and quality standards.
• Support colour correction, troubleshooting and production trials.
• Maintain colour measurement equipment and produce KPI reports.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for someone with experience in ink handling, colour matching or print-based machinery.

As a Print Operator, you will support daily production requirements through ink dispensing, stock management, colour correction and equipment maintenance, helping to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
