Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an experienced Print Operator to join our Mold, North Wales team. The role involves ink dispensing, colour matching and maintaining print-based machinery to support daily production in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will handle ink stocks, assist with colour correction and production trials, and ensure hygiene and quality standards are met. This is a permanent, full-time position with alternating shifts and a competitive salary plus shift allowance.

• Excellent colour vision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense ink in line with daily production plans.
• Manage press returns and organise materials by colour clusters.
• Place weekly material orders and book deliveries using the internal system.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist month-end stock counts.
• Replenish materials and ensure ink area meets hygiene and quality standards.
• Support colour correction, troubleshooting and production trials.
• Maintain colour measurement equipment and produce KPI reports.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Print Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Mold, North Wales.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for someone with experience in ink handling, colour matching or print-based machinery.

As a Print Operator, you will support daily production requirements through ink dispensing, stock management, colour correction and equipment maintenance, helping to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
