Job summary

Netbox Recruitment is seeking a Sales Estimator / Sales Administrator for a Leatherhead-based role in a print and graphics environment. You will prepare quotations, process orders and support the customer journey from enquiry to production, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires knowledge of print processes, quotation experience and strong IT skills, with opportunities to develop within a friendly, office-based team. Monday–Friday, with flexible hours and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating or quotations
• Knowledge of print processes and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Customer-focused approach with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed quotations for print, mail, fulfilment and fabric services.
• Convert quotations into confirmed sales orders with proactive follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers and discuss pricing, discounts and alternatives.
• Produce accurate sales orders and works orders for production.
• Manage shared sales inbox and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Liaise with production and administration teams to meet deadlines.
