Job summary

Paragon Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Print Finisher for a pivotal role in our high-performing Print Hub in Greater London. You will work with B1 print finishing, operating the Polar 115 guillotine and using MBO/Heidelberg folding equipment to ensure precise folds and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print finishing, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights according to shift patterns.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Print Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in B1 print finishing, with a strong background in one or more of the following areas:

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the Polar 115 guillotine for precise cutting and finishing.
• Utilize MBO/Heidelberg folding equipment to ensure the accurate folding of printed materials.
• Perform Muller stitching tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Execute Heidelberg stitching when required, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality requirements.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in print finishing, specifically with B1 printing equipment.
• Familiarity with Polar 115 guillotine, MBO/Heidelberg folding, Muller stitching, and Heidelberg stitching is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work night shifts according to the specified patterns.
