The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with guillotines, creasing and folding machines, plus booklet making machinery, and can work under pressure while maintaining quality and organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Digital Print Finisher.
• Proficient with guillotines and finishing equipment.
• Experience with creasing, folding and booklet making machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of print finishing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment including guillotines, creasing and folding machines.
• Prepare printed materials for finishing and dispatch.
• Check finished work for quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Carry out cutting, creasing, folding, trimming and booklet making to specs.
• Maintain finishing equipment and report faults or maintenance needs.
• Follow job sheets and production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Keep work area clean, safe and organised.
• Assist with packing and dispatch when required.
• Support other production areas during busy periods.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Digital Print Finisher to join our busy production team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating a range of print finishing equipment and be responsible for ensuring all printed materials are finished to a high standard and delivered within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating finishing equipment including:
  • Creasing machines
  • Folding machines
  • Booklet makers
  • Guillotines
• Preparing printed materials for finishing and dispatch.
• Checking completed work for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Cutting, creasing, folding, trimming, stitching, and booklet making to customer specifications.
• Maintaining finishing equipment and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Working from job sheets and production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Assisting with packing and dispatch when required.
• Supporting other areas of production during busy periods.
