Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a proactive Business Development Manager in Huddersfield to drive new business and expand the client portfolio for a well-established print and direct mail partner.

Working consultatively with a production and client services team, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract onboarding, with an uncapped commission structure and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development or Field Sales in Print/Direct Mail/Marketing Services.
• Proven track record of winning new business and hitting sales targets.
• Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
• Attend client meetings to understand business needs and identify opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Lead full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM system.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Estimating and Production teams to deliver projects.
• Develop opportunities across print, direct mail, fulfilment and marketing services.
