Job summary

EVO Group in Derby is seeking an experienced Print Account Manager to join our busy Print team in the Derby office. You will own complex print projects from enquiry to delivery, advising on production methods and coordinating with customers and suppliers to meet deadlines and SLAs.

You will manage a portfolio of print jobs, ensure invoicing accuracy, and help improve processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience within a print and design environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Capable of liaising with customers and suppliers.
• Proactive approach to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer briefs for complex print jobs and advise on production methods.
• Identify suppliers and determine efficient production routes.
• Manage selected complex jobs from enquiry to completion and process orders.
• Act as main point of contact for a portfolio of Business Print customers.
• Ensure monthly print invoicing processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Support the daily running of the Derby Print department.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Provide guidance to other team members when required.
• Recommend improvements to processes to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance.
