Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver multiple projects, ensuring timescales, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Maintain project plans, docs, action logs and reporting with regular updates.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning and forecasting as needed.
• Resolve day-to-day queries and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate project and customer records following established processes.
