Job summary

Taylor Higson, West Yorkshire-based recruitment specialist for print and marketing services, is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead a major retail print & POS account. You will own senior client relationships, drive revenue and profitability, and oversee a high-volume, time-critical print programme.

You'll collaborate with marketing, procurement, operations and supply chain, run strategic business reviews, manage budgets and lead a team to deliver value in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in print, POS, retail communications or production.
• Experience managing major retail, grocery or FMCG accounts.
• Strong understanding of print production, materials, processes and supply chains.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and lead commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own the senior client relationship and act as main escalation point.
• Lead client meetings, reviews and strategic business discussions.
• Take commercial responsibility for revenue, profitability and forecasting.
• Develop an Account Development Plan focused on retention and growth.
• Lead pricing reviews, tenders and commercial proposals.
