Accept Recruitment are working with a Sussex client to recruit a Principle Refrigeration Engineer to lead on-site projects and mentor a team of engineers.

This role is based in East Sussex with a 40-hour week, door-to-door pay, and an on-call rota (1 in 4). The salary goes up to £55,000 per year, plus overtime and additional perks.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is required.
• FGAS CAT 1 certification is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Previous experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams and inspect work to ensure specifications are met.
• Deal with clients on site and support on-site activities.
• Quote for work and deliver training to your team.
• Be on hand to answer technical questions.
