About this opportunity
It's an exciting time for water resources in the UK. The regulator Ofwat has announced the largest investment in infrastructure since privatization, with £4 billion for water supply and £2 billion for nature-based solutions in the 2025-30 period. This includes funding for long-term resilience, security of supply, and demand reduction through leakage reduction and smart meter programs.
Our engagement in water resources planning has grown since 2020, including work on SRO investigations, WRMPs, Drought Plans, and WINEP investigations, supporting water companies in their AMP8 schemes and future planning.
