Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with a relevant professional institution.
• Proven track record leading Structural Engineers within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in defence or nuclear sectors is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Robot, Tekla Structural Designer and TEDDS.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Broad experience from design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project development from feasibility to commissioning.
• Lead structural analysis and design of RC and steel using standard software.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare specifications for civil/structural aspects of nuclear projects.
• Conduct site visits as required.
• Support business development in defence sector and bid preparation.
• Manage budgets, planning, scheduling, and progress.
• Mentor Graduate Structural Engineers.
