You will be joining a company that takes pride in their CPD training programme, with full support given to their team of talented individuals at whatever stage of their career, encouraging them to be proactive in the progression of their professional qualifications, and providing training opportunities and mentoring them throughout their development.

  • Develop and inspire our Senior Engineers, Engineers & Technicians by mentoring, coaching & training, as well as owning the maintenance of their development action plan and training documentation.
  • Oversee the quality of specialist designs by reviewing and verifying work prepared by others and taking a hands-on role in the delivery of more complex or challenging designs.
  • Carry out inspections including site surveys & assessments of structures and preparing reports.
  • Contribute to business growth by meeting new clients to promote our services and strengthening existing relationships to maximise opportunities.
  • Liaison with internal and external clients & stakeholders, and act as primary representative to our clients to verify project scope and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure awareness of, and compliance with, current technical standards, best practice, and quality, safety, environmental and sustainability procedures, including contributing to the mapping, updating and monitoring of the Quality Management System.
