Strata Consulting in Gloucester is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to lead the Structures team on diverse projects across residential, hotel, commercial, education, health and leisure sectors. Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage structural engineering projects.
• Confident communicator who can explain concepts to stakeholders.
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred).
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
