Job Description:

Principal Structural Design Engineer

RPS is seeking an experienced Principal Structural Design Engineer to join our Structures team, servicing clients across London, Milton Keynes, and the Midlands. Join our industry-leading team, with expertise across sectors like residential, logistics, retail, healthcare, and more. We focus on sustainable, innovative design, leveraging digital tools from project inception through delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing structural engineering projects and teams
• Client liaison and site visits
• Structural surveys and investigations
• Financial management of projects

Candidate requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; chartered or progressing towards chartership
• Experience in foundation design, masonry, concrete, steel, timber structures
• Knowledge of Eurocodes, residential and commercial markets
• Familiarity with Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit
• Leadership skills and management experience preferred
